For particularly sensitive roles, we can also limit the number of candidates approached and conduct searches privately rather than advertising the position publicly.
Discretion beyond placement
Privacy does not end once a candidate has been introduced. We expect all candidates working with our families to maintain professional boundaries and respect the confidentiality of the household, including information relating to children, residences, travel, routines and family life.
