Know a family looking for a nanny? Register your referral with us using the short form below.
You don't need to provide their contact details. Simply tell us who you're referring and ask the family to mention your name when they contact us.
THEY GET IN TOUCH
The family contacts The Nanny & Maternity Agency and lets us know that you recommended them.
We'll match their enquiry with your registered referral and confirm their referral benefit.
WE FIND THEIR NANNY
We'll provide our personalised search and carefully select suitable, vetted candidates based on the family's individual requirements.
If the family goes on to make a qualifying permanent nanny placement of 35 or more contracted hours per week, their referral benefit will be applied.
THEY SAVE 10%
The referred family will receive 10% off our standard permanent placement fee as a welcome benefit for coming to us through a personal recommendation.
YOU RECEIVE £250
Once the qualifying placement conditions have been met, we'll get in touch with you to arrange your £250 referral reward as our thank you for introducing the family to us.

Ask the family to mention your full name when they first contact us. We'll match their enquiry to your registered referral and confirm whether their search qualifies for the programme.
You don't need to do anything else, we'll take it from there!
If a qualifying placement is successfully completed, we'll contact you directly regarding your £250 referral reward.

WHO CAN QUALIFY?
Our current Refer a Family programme applies when:
You introduce a new family to The Nanny & Maternity Agency.
Your referral is registered before or at the time of the family's first enquiry.
The family is not already registered with or known to The Nanny & Maternity Agency as a prospective client.
The family instructs us to search for a permanent nanny working at least 35 contracted hours per week.
A qualifying placement is successfully made through The Nanny & Maternity Agency.
The other requirements set out in our Referral Programme Terms & Conditions are met.
Registered referrals are valid for 6 months from the date of submission.
Referral benefits cannot be claimed retrospectively, so please make sure your referral is registered before the family begins their search with us.
